What is the return procedure?

Orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided that the merchandise is in new, unused, and resellable condition. Please note that returns for custom-fit tailored mats are not accepted due to the nature of the product. If you encounter any issues with our products, feel free to reach out, and we'll make every effort to resolve them. Please not we do not pay for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or if you have received the wrong item.

Any return to our company requires an RMA Number, which you may get by sending an e-mail to our returns department at support@usacarmats.com . Please include your name, contact information , order number and reason of return. Our representative will then provide you a return number at that point.

When and how do I get my refund?

The refund is issued to your original payment method as soon as we receive your returned package. You should also expect to get a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please note that returns for our custom fit products are subject to a restocking fee.

What is the exchange procedure?

In the case of a justified exchange request rather than a refund, it’s no problem at all. Contact us at support@usacarmats.com. Please include your name, contact information , order number and reason of exchange. We’ll do our best to accommodate your exchange request. If there’s a price difference, we’ll adjust the costs accordingly.

What if the product is damaged or defective?

In the rare event, that you receive a product that’s defective or damaged, we’ll replace it. All we ask is that you send us pictures of the condition. Once we’ve identified the problem, we’ll send you a brand new product or refund it to you on the original payment method.
