What is the return procedure?

All orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returned merchandise cannot be dirty or used. It must be in new, unused, resell-able condition.

Any return to our company requires an RMA Number, which you may get by sending an e-mail to our returns department at support@usacarmats.com . Please include your name, contact information , order number and reason of return. Our representative will then provide you a return number at that point.

When and how do I get my refund?

The refund is issued to your original payment method as soon as we receive your returned package. You should also expect to get a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

What is the exchange procedure?

In the case of a justified exchange request rather than a refund, it’s no problem at all. Contact us at support@usacarmats.com. Please include your name, contact information , order number and reason of exchange. We’ll do our best to accommodate your exchange request. If there’s a price difference, we’ll adjust the costs accordingly.

What if the product is damaged or defective?

In the rare event, that you receive a product that’s defective or damaged, we’ll replace it. All we ask is that you send us pictures of the condition. Once we’ve identified the problem, we’ll send you a brand new product or refund it to you on the original payment method.
