What is your return policy?

Do you accept international orders?
Currently, we are only accepting orders for the United States and Canada. If you need assistance with your order, contact us here and we will reply within the next business hour.
I have a problem with an order, what can I do?
Visit our contact us page using the form on that page or email us directly at support@usacarmats.com . We will get back to you within the next business day.
How long does it take to ship and what are the costs ?
Shipping is free for all orders. No minimum! Our standard shipping will be sent through FedEx Ground, USPS or UPS. Items are delivered within 5-14 business days depending on the item and your location.
Can I get the tracking number for my order?
Yes. If you provided us with an email during the checkout process, a tracking email will automatically be sent once your item ships. If you did not provide an email address, contact us here. Include your full name and order number and we will gladly send you the tracking information.
What are the payment methods you accept?
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
How long does it take to receive my package?
Orders usually ship within one to two business days of being received. Actual transit time with the shipment carrier with our standard shipping service will be sent through FedEx Ground, UPS our USPS and takes about 5-14 business days.
Can I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel an order please let us know as quickly as possible and we will do our best to cancel the order for you. Once an order begins processing it will be too late for us to cancel the order. Orders are submitted for processing twice a day, both in the morning and afternoon. Due to this, cancellation time periods will vary depending on when orders are submitted. When contacting us be sure to provide us with the order number, the full name it was placed under and the shipping zip code. If your product has begun processing, it will be treated as a return, and is subject to the terms and conditions of our Return Policy (FAQ #1 above).
