  • Order Processing: Once an order is received, we process it promptly. Please allow us up to 1 business day to process and ship out your order. For our custom fit products, please allow 5-7 business days to produce your order. Once produced it should ship out next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping Methods and Transit Time: We utilize trusted shipping carriers such as FedEx Ground, UPS, or USPS for all our shipments. With our standard shipping option, you can expect your order to arrive within an estimated transit time of 4 to 9 business days for universal fit products, and 5-14 business days for custom fit products, depending on the destination.
  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the respective carrier's website.
  • Shipping Rates: We are pleased to offer completely free shipping for all orders within the USA and Canada (excluding Hawaii). There are no additional shipping charges.
  • Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us immediately.
  • Order Modifications and Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that order modifications or cancellations may not be possible once the order has been processed and shipped.
  • Shipping Damage or Loss: While we take every precaution to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any signs of damage, please notify the carrier and contact our customer service team within 48 hours. In the case of lost shipments, please reach out to us, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
