Installing your mats
- Take out the old mats. Never lay new mats on top of old ones. Stacked mats can slide forward under the pedals.
- Place the driver's mat first. Line it up with the shape of the floor; custom-fit mats only sit one way. If your car has floor hooks or anchors, lock the mat onto them.
- Check the pedals. Press the gas, brake and clutch all the way down. The mat must not touch or catch any pedal. If it does, reposition it before you drive.
- Add the passenger and rear mats. Smooth them flat so they sit evenly, and you're done.
